TO UPDATE slowly

For 2.1 A part of me is much too slow.
Here I can invite my Grade 2 3 hours what my cheaper charger with cable creates only an hour on the same line (the only one amp loud lettering)
But it works and is no noises is also already something worth ...
Too bad that is so inadequate performance.
The performance is not only the score 2 weak and 10.1 a grade 8 an Acer Iconia and Lenovo Idea Tab and a 4 s and a Moto G can be significantly longer than the original charger or a spare 12-volt plug

Update:
now I was called by the UK and it was due to some complaints from certain customers a free replacement item offered.
The replacement product has just arrived and is serving much better than its predecessor.
Alone the fact that the UK is calling me and offering me a replacement product I really like, and testifies to service!
Since the new adapter works and I did not even had to complain full 5 star where before there were only 2!
