Toaster good but inconvenient for baguettes

In use, it is inconvenient for baguettes slices (cut in lengthwise). The crest of the wafer or the opposite side thereto becomes jammed in the excessive spacing between the bars of the grid. It should then plant a fork in the wafer to be able to remove without burning. This is not fatal, but it takes knowledge.
Notice to the manufacturer: this defect could be corrected by increasing the number of bars, and so decrease the spacing between them.
So, I sent it back!
