The input which route guidance was required, the Navi ignored completely.
Each route led as already mentioned, in principle on the highway.
Then the highlight: again a test drive, which was no longer than 3.5 kilometers.
These were by a distance that would have my car can drive alone.
The following announcement was heard: "go straight, after 600 meters you have reached your destination."
If I would have followed this statement, I would have been standing on the highway in the middle,
and it would still have been about 2 kilometers to home. Exciting matter in my opinion.
The Go 6000 was not compatible with my Nexus 4. I could therefore not be used as a telephone unit.
More disturbing were the noise that occurred sporadically after switching, as well as while driving.
That was more than unpleasant. So I got in touch via e-mail to the support.
There I was told that the Nexus 4 is not compatible, and it was no go.
I had to contradict: the GO 910 was in fact such a device, via Bluetooth no problem.
So no agreement with the Support. Forgot my problem then communicated Amazon, there was me
offered this unit to return. I have done, and got a new one.
I went this step, even though it was not compatible with my phone.
The new was delivered on 09.25.2013. So again logged tried and what can I say, the problem was still the same.
Noise, route guidance still directly over the highway. The screen illumination is not changed, no matter what time of day it was.
The support was completely overwhelmed, no concrete statements, always the same: Sorry, your phone is not compatible. (I had even figured out)
I could no longer hear. Have ultimately sent back directly to the device Amazon.
Here there were no problems. Thanks a lot for this.
I would also get no response back from Tom Tom !!!!
Have finished with this matter and Navigon installed on my phone.
