I have an MFC 9460CDN and the toner of the first delivery was fast at the end. For the new cartridge I've chosen the Jumbos and then recycling these cartridges. So when TONER EMPTY appeared, and the printer no longer printed, I got the black cartridge changed according to instructions, and ... they did not detect it. Oh great, I thought, and it was Sunday !!! The next day, so called customer service and lo and behold, a simple solution! The printer model is not always reliable to count the individual colors back (hardware Macke). Solution: press at the front panel open, the cancellation key and reset the counter manually each - ready. Print result - class. I also still get important tips that will boost my toner yield significantly. I'm very satisfied !!!
