Even if the power supply 2 A to bring the S4 takes, because of lack of connection of the data pins D + and D-, only 500mA, the standard USB charging current.

Mechanical fits the shell perfectly for S4, only electronically has been fudged.

Critical is also likely to be when the data line and power line are used in parallel (there are indeed 2 cable attached and there are 2 sockets available). Then fight power supply of the charger and USB power supply of the laptop.
Will not know then who will win, probably the cheaper part, the power supply ....

Not advise.
