For my taste, but too sweet !!
Of course, crystallized ginger is always sweet, I would indeed like that. But this one is also completely covered with sugar that makes this extremely sweet and does not taste good. Also the mouthfeel is thus not pleasant, you once sucks up all the sugar from these bites or broken.
The ginger is really very mild, and the sweetness of taste goes under.
Also, since I prefer a somewhat sharper version. But here also a mild ginger is indeed sold, therefore it does not suit asterisk.
I prefer the ginger "highly aromatic, spicy, ungeschwefelt, light syrup" from the same seller.
This has no sugar wrapping - very nice - you have the sharpness but really like.
