Although the graphics performance was enormous but the power consumption and temperature development was in my case (NZXT H2) too high so I looked around for an alternative.
The goal was the system Stomsparender, cooler and quieter to do this but having to accept any Leistungseinbusen in graphics performance.
Goal achieved.
By GigaByte GTX680, the system is in IDLE inaudible and under load hardly audible, but as the temperature inside the housing has dropped sharply turn so now all fans long Sammer and therefore I have a huge volume difference.
The temperatures are below IDLE at 28 degrees under load I max 58 degrees, and I must say that one of the fans of fresh air from the front sucks to cool the HDD cage directly to the graphics card blows.
The performance surprised me, the 560Ti in SLI were well above the performance of a GTX 580, the GTX 680, yet the old graphics solution is superior to 20-30%.
(Last 10k points in the 3D Mark 2011)
So I can recommend this card fully, place for Leistungsentusiasten also worth to Volume.
ps on the rumors that the Internet Coursing the map in the IDLE too loud this was indeed so, but all the cards that are currently delivered have this problem no longer, Gigabyte has responded immediately and the BIOS so updated that the fan in the IDLE now at 30 Rotate -35% and thus are completely inaudible, for who still have the old BIOS there is an easy-to-use BIOS update tool directly from Gigabyte.
