Everywhere you read "almost" without exception, of the known issues with the software WIN TV / Win7 and the. Since 2012
Where & How come since the last positive ratings, which took away the last doubts when buying, is inexplicable to me and I can confirm no way.

Error / Symptoms digitally as follows when cable:
- Picture jerky strong at some stations, sometimes more or less, sometimes increase the image with sound, sometimes just the sound
- Picture sometimes black bars up to 70% of the image
- Picture quality is not really digital or HD picture quality as on TV
- Getting used to but acceptable channel switching
- Sometimes crashes the Siftware
- Sometimes the software finds the tuner not when you restart WIN TV (error description can already be found with old versions of the www with utopischten zip.file patches the registry of dubious sources)
- For channels as the first HD signal monitor (for DVB-T): signal strength 32-33, no errors
- Many other channels, channel thickness varies on - computer & TV map hanging in the first strand of the cable home amplifier. The image of a weiterern 55 "Digital TV Samsung and a very old analog TV funktionerien perfectly.
- Only the image of this map bzw.Software does not work!
-DVB Link and additional costs is not an alternative for me
After much back and forth and gemache Find I also found problems due to weak signal at www.

Call in Hauppauge Service:
- The Indian acting serviceman recommended with the same gimmick with the current WIN TV software that I had already made
- He doubted my system as not powerful enough to for this card to my above statement
- Looked perplexed and slightly stressed after the tests
- To my notice and issue the signal monitor (DVB-T) and the signal C / N suddenly fared well on a light and thought that should be at least at 80 yes. I asked how I should do it, even when turned up full house amplifier, the signal is not greater than 33 !? He then said, yes I would buy one inserted additional amplifier, which is available online at Conrad and mount directly in front of the card.
I meant what if then not works!? He advised me on a free tool "ProgDVB Viewer" to "test" to whether the signal is ok !!!!!!

I just recently decided to entrust the card for 130, - with the free ProgDVB viewer program to continue to use, rather than all again to send back, and then the image with NEM new 100, - external Kabeldig. To bring receiver to the PC.
