I bought this lens as expand the zoom range of my Nikon D3100 with 18-55mm kit lens.
I'm very satisfied. The image stabilization works well, the lens focuses even faster than the kit lens and has the advantage that only rotates a zoom ring. The sun visor and the bag I like also very good. Everything can be neatly stowed away in my camera bag. The close range is about three quarters of a meter.
