The external build quality is quite high. Robust housing with sturdy jacks and uncomplicated installation. The internal structure I can not judge.
I use the part to operate a HTPC on an analog CRT TVs.

Two stars deduction, because the image is not smooth. About HDMI on an LCD screen that runs smoothly, but with this adapter on my tube jerky picture a bit a lot of movement in the footage. Changing the resolution and frequency does not help.
