But I wanted to buy a new headset, because the microphones do not provide the desired quality of me - So I resorted to the Auna 900th
The packaging was very simple. A gray box. This had firstonce quite cheap. The microphone itself was then in a smart leather case - Perfect for storage, if you do not need the microphone extended period.
The microphone does not require any driver - it was immediately recognized by Windows (Windows 7 x64).
So you can start immediately. Volume control you can then make yourself comfortable on the Windows own manager for recording devices.
The sound of the microphone is very warm and sounds (my audience) very pleasant. Using an audio recording program I presented first of all the volume. Even with a volume of 20 I was still clearly audible. Even the current game in the background was quieter than my voice.
I can confirm that in the background a slight rumble is heard, but - This is only audible when you say nothing at all. It may also happen that the buzz caused by the fan of my PCs.
Represents times the volume but down, one is still clear and the humming / buzzing disappears.
The spider also provides in part for the quality. Vibrations at the table (eg keyboard) are not passed on to the microphone. (Cherry MX Keyboard)
I have the microphone mounted on a pedestal, which is bolted to my desk. Only when you skin really hard on the keys, the vibrations are transmitted to the microphone.
Great fear I had and especially before the sound of keystrokes. If you listen to it when I type? How does it look from where I write longer texts in the stream? Do I have to replace my Cherry keyboard against another?
I can say at this point - You can hear the keys. But - it is not dominant. So you could say that you can loose touch and can talk in the background with its viewers. When you're in the game anyway, the key tones are as good as not audible. The same gillt for Mouse clicks.
