top pencil holder / extender

I have bought this bracket about a year ago. Shortly followed by a second more. The holder is simply brilliant, not conspicuously high quality and at first glance as a pencil extender. On the Snapping Lexikaliker there is a very detailed description of the times I want to quote excerpts ...

Made entirely of metal, knurled grip, detachable clip, hardness indicator and protected, replaceable eraser. The 130 mm long, 17 g in weight and 26 mm long, pleasant knurled handle 11 mm thick extender takes pencils on with diameters ranging from 7mm to 8mm. 78 mm can be accommodated in the extender. Since it tapers to the rear fit again in about 5mm more when sharpening it both pencil pages. The clamping is however already made with 7 mm of the shaft. This value increases probably something when sharpening it on both sides.

Behind the handle part a hardness indicator is attached which covers the range of 2H to 4B (without F). (It is easy to adjust, but moved little from themselves. I have used this aid but not large and therefore not much set on it.)

With a length of 20.5 mm and a diameter of 5.5 mm of replaceable and protected by a retractable sleeve eraser is not overly large, but always practical. In contrast to the extender Ersatzradierer are available in this country, as they are also in the displaced persons here mechanical pencil triplus micro.
