Top performance and "economical" ... Did electricity prices for different washing programs determined ...

I mainly chose this machine because the 15 minute wash cycle but seems very lucrative and I suppose it is also anticipated and of course an indication of the low power consumption, was decisive with rash! The test results to continue following:

But first things first.

Since I booked the construction service and also to pick up the old machine had been commissioned, I present to the following:

1. The delivery took place at precisely the time window as notify you by phone.
2. The delivery was carried out by Hermes and was TOP! Wear clean, connect the machine to take packaging material and finished in less than 20 min.! (The plug is so easy that you could also loose yourself in 5 min. Hinbekommen)
3. The old machine could not be taken, as it previously stood on the street and a junk dealer "clawed" had. Did Amazon even non entrainment get replaced !!!

About the washing programs myself I do not need much to say that's all in the Item Desc. there. I would like to highlight only the 15 minute wash cycle, which is ideal for our budget. T-shirts, shirts basically anything not super heavily soiled. But this program is unique!

The other program will of course also be used, and I have done me the work and the individual programs, the passage of time, by expected as regards energy consumption.

I have the kw / h measured at 0.28 (by these exorbitant prices, we are not far away) and have tested to the following programs:

Cotton + Pre-wash at 60 ° + ECO Perfect + crease (wash heavily soiled) Spin at 800 - Duration: 3:40 - Consumption approx 1,045 kW / h cost approximately 0.29

Cotton + Pre-wash at 60 ° + SpeedPerfect (wash heavily soiled) spinning at 1,400 - Duration: 1:29 - Consumption approx 1,393 kW / h cost approximately 0.39

Cotton without prewash at 60 ° + SpeedPerfect + Extra rinse (normally soiled laundry) spinning at 1,400 - Duration: 1:15 - Consumption approx 1,246 kW / h cost approximately 0.35

Cotton without prewash at 40 ° + SpeedPerfect + Extra rinse (wash lightly-normally soiled) spinning at 1,400 - Duration: 1:32 - Consumption approx 0,998 kW / h cost approximately 0.28

ACTIVE 15 at 30 ° (minimum pollution) spinning at 800 - duration 0:15 - Consumption approx 0,130 kW / h cost about 0.02 !!!

ACTIVE 15 at 40 ° (minimum T-shirt, shirts pollution) spinning at 1,200 - duration 0:20 - consumption about 0.307 kW / h cost about 0.08 !!!

Wool at 30 ° spin at 800 - duration 0:40 - Consumption approx 0,122 kW / h cost about 0.03 !!!

Colorful clothes at 40 ° + ECO Perfect + Extra rinse (wash lightly to moderately soiled) Spin at 800 - Duration: 1:30 - consumption about 0.592 kw / h - approximately cost 0.16

I think that the programs are the most commonly be used, and I hope I could help one or the other, which amount to the approximate cost of electricity.

For the overall cost we must of course the amount of water consumed with but einrechnen in water consumption, the machine is quite economical.

The only thing that will disturb the possibly / the input or other (s) is the laundry, after the spin process, yet is quite humid. But it is indeed in the article description, this is the spin efficiency indicated by "B". I'll usually the laundry again Separate spin at 1,400 or 800 rpm, then the laundry is noticeably dry and can then be spent in the dryer for final drying.

Convinced I'm especially from the Active 15 program that is just awesome! Just at the present weather, I need mostly 2x a day a fresh T-shirt and there accumulates then of course something of a week. The shirts come then into the machine and are washed with the Active 15 program. The washing result is perfect! The shirts to dry on the line (of course, not in the dryer!) And has good energy saving!

Also all other wash programs that I have listed above, the washing results were very satisfactory !!!

I do not regret having bought this machine and it even makes fun with the device to work. When I think that the "Gherkin" which I had previously had under their belts almost 20 years!

What is also nice for me that I can now see exactly how long the washing process will take. In the old machine that was always annoying, because you never knew exactly when to be ready because intends times.

The "beeping" of the keys bothers me frankly not particularly, because at least I know that the keypress has been accepted. The volume of the machine, I find the appropriate range. In the "Gherkin" which I had, before the could be heard throughout the house and during spinning could one have not forgotten on the machine above which was found afterwards otherwise on the floor again.

This machine definitely I hear almost not at my apartment (the machine is in a separate laundry room) and also does not migrate, as was the case with the "cucumber". Because hose burst etc. I'm not worried, because the machine is in a room with floor drain and is also no floor below.

I am so far very satisfied with this machine, from the construction to the washing performance and looks nice it does too!

Wash program: Cotton with prewash 90 ° - 1400 U / min. - Rinse ECO Perfect + Extra - Duration: 3 h 36 min - consumption:. 1,638 kw / h approx cost: 0.45

Another little tip: The "ECO Pefect" is definitely more economical than "SpeedPerfect" !!! Even if the "ECO" consumes more time, it is the energy consumption considerably more economical. So who does not rely on a "fast" laundering should switch to "ECO Perfect". With Active 15, you can not use this setting, of course, would be meaningless;)

Update 12/06/2013 Here is a small addendum:

I was now "15 Active" noticed in the program that it had required more than specified. Normal, as the name suggests, 15 minutes. I imagine most of my kitchen timer to 15 minutes and can in the short time again do something else. Normal The machine would then have to be ready. In one case, it was not, however, and it took about 8 minutes longer than stated. That seemed strange course before and I have gone with Siemens on the homepage my search for an answer and I also found it.

In my case, it must have been due to the imbalance, since I had filled quite a few wash for this operation as well as two larger pieces of laundry were there. So no need to worry, the machine is working properly and is not a failure or defect!

This I wanted a grudge only briefly; could be that the power or the other sometimes looks for this process.
