Somewhere so must then be saved and since we're on the extremely weak customer service. I had (and I dare to say not demanding) through the contact 2 short questions asked. After a few days I received the first feedback that my question has been forwarded to the appropriate "department". Some time later, a "response" that had but only in the beginning to do with my first question and the second question was completely ignored. This of course makes for a new customer a bad impression and I hope I will not need this customer care in a serious case.
