TOP Processor - Boxed-fan flop

For CPU itself already the most important in the previous reviews were told: The processor is fast and does its job as it should.
A major problem because the supplied boxing fan. Even in idle, so idle, I find him quite loud - too loud for office work. Under full load at 100% capacity (Video Coding) he runs up to 5500 revolutions and thus makes my cleaner competition. The CPU temperature under full load is unsatisfactory for me: 55 ° - 60 ° C in spite of correct mounting.

Because of this, I got me a replacement, which is much quieter than the Boxed fans and at the same time, the CPU can rise under full load only at 45 ° C. Of course, no result, but against the Boxed no comparison. Therefore, I would advise to everyone to create a new fan.
