The product is very good. Hab now taken more than 2 months during my daily cutting phase and in every work out session tidy force despite 500 calorie deficit had. Have 2x 2.5g taken per day. Once in the morning on empty stomach with water and once in the afternoon / evening before training, also with a glass of water. I drink anyway c. 3-4 liters a day. Who does not do that should take care to drink enough so that the kidneys are well flushed.

Is a first class product and would buy it again at any time. Hope it will be soon available here somewhat more favorable in Germany, ~ 20 it should be.
