Top product - GAS COOKER!

After years of problems with our old pots from Schulte-Ufer in conjunction with our gas stove we had (always burnt plastic holder that an extreme odor while secreting) I took the opportunity and bought this WMF set by Amazon.
In advance I inquired regarding the reduction of heat Henkel on the Internet. Apart from that, we had a former prototype of this is contained in the experimental stage series (this had only black plastic handles and a lid made of metal / without glass).
Here we were already at that time already very pleased with the development!
This cookware line is simply a class of its own! If you always paying attention that the flames do not extend over the pot (which we then incidentally also always heeded!), The grip handles are always lukewarm.
Certainly there also happened once (simmer) that after hours of use, the Henkel also were hot - only that is forgivable with intensive use!
In the pots the food is subjectively considered faster hot than in our old pots. In addition, these are relatively "easy", in still excellent processing!
