There is only a small switch to adjust the speed at which the disc to be played, and a rotary knob, which both the equipment turns on, as well as the volume controls. Of particular note is the volume and the sound quality of the device. When fully turned this volume ranges from loose to entertain a whole room with it, the sound quality remains impeccable. The sound is not tinny yet monotonous, instead, both the heights, as well as the depths of the music very well presented. Overall, the device is self-explanatory that even my only slightly technology savvy grandmother mastered the operation of the disc player quickly. Therefore, my conclusion remains only to say that anyone who is looking for a simple to use and inexpensive device that still makes no compromises in terms of volume and sound quality, the best advice!
