Let's start like always with my technology reviews with the fact that we work our way from the optics and processing technical performance.
'LOOK & PROCESSING'
I'll make it short: The speaker is processed TOP. Everything is clean and a quality image. The connector cable is interchangeable and not permanently installed (big plus), but also has been on delivery of sufficient length. The controls just to merge with the box and dominate therefore not the simple (but quite extensive for a box in order;)) big picture.
'TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE
Unfortunately, I can not sing my praises undisturbed, but before I get to the bottom, pulls down the evaluation of wireless speaker so, I would like to say a few words to music playback. That one only has ONE (!) Loudspeaker which Panasonic does really work, which is to fall in love. He meets so so pretty any standard room facility (the talk here is not of modular systems etc. which mind. Several hundred Euros cost) at eye level we probably put a majority even in the pocket. The Panasonic really has fire in the rear, losing only in rare cases, the "Overview" on the finer musical nuances. The device is designed relatively easy (if not inexperienced in the technical area is). Should you, however, have little knowledge of technology, we're not really supported by the rather spartan manual.
Now we come to the already announced criticism, the "but" or rather the BUT!
As much as I can inspire and musically for a wireless speaker of Panasonic, the more I was by the software (refer to the app) disappointed.
Let's start again at the very unsightly and cumbersome user interface, which truly does not fit such a device. Everything is drab, gray and nested ... just ugly. If the sub-optimal user interface still have been bearable, the permanent App failures are (partly crashes) not really acceptable (have them both on my Z2 Tablet, as well as on my mobile phone Z3). The response time of the app leaves to be desired. The box thus can not be used reliably and also can change to other player turns out to be problematic. Although you can play music without any problems, but you can then adjust the volume only on the box itself, as it is only through in-house app is possible on mobile.
What would have been great, the way would be able to use the box also via Bluetooth, because one is (unlike now) do not rely on a very good and stable Internet connection. Who already has a weaker Internet connection, you should consider buying the box well, because then come the annoying app also failures of music playback.
NOTE: This point did not flow into the assessment with, since with devices that rely on an Internet connection, it should be clear whether one already has problems with selbiger. Nevertheless, I wanted to have mentioned this point.
'CONCLUSION'
I am with this box which my judgment concerns really torn, because musically they convinced ... the app however is so underdeveloped that it would be wrong if I were to give the full number of stars and the moment I would also at 4 stars a bitter taste in the mouth, which is why I forgive only 3 stars.
If (and I hope it comes so) Panasonic again tinker heavily on the app, I will forgive with joy the 5 star that it could have been. But since so many functions of the boxes are bound to the app, Panasonic has to earn the next 2 stars yet.
