Of course, nothing new (almost would like to add: "Fortunately," ...), but if you look at the tracklisting, you simply have to admit: That's a hell of a compilation - basically really lacks nothing (only with respect to time until 1971 Naturally). There is really no other Stones compilation from which one could also argue that. The "Hot Rocks" sampler are indeed coherent, it lacks some important titles. "40 Licks" tried to press against it by force the entire career of the Stones on 2CDs (does not work) and the "Singles Collection" precisely constitutes only singles (and their B-sides). Therefore, this sampler has on CD definitely its raison d'ĂȘtre and also offers some (few) previously not available in the form of stereo mixes. So recommended, for beginners and completists anyway, but also for people who just fun on a well-made best-of compilation (and who do not care that they have 3 or 4 other Stones sampler in the collection - there are just the small but important differences ...)
