On a radio clock I did not want to do without since my previous Casio clock, it's just weird to be able to absolutely rely on his clock handy so a clock is my "Master" when it comes to old, to provide non-radio clocks at home precisely.
Solar is new for me, after everything I could find on the net should keep its promises this clock here: never change batteries. I'm curious what the time is.
So, now to the unfortunately existing disadvantages:
The many hands, each with its sense and reveal information are actually not really read properly at any time. Wen as the time in a second time zone keenly interested, the first would be that this clock compared to many other Casio / Edifice clock the second time zone directly with displays. However: it is a 24-hour analog clock, that is different than usual, there is little in the right dial actually 24 positions for the hour hand. 12 noon clock looks so out as usual 6/18 clock! By this you have to first get used to - but is important, otherwise one this information in the world time would indeed missing.
Now it is relatively difficult to recognize at a glance and quickly even at not concealed dial, what time is displayed there. This is unfortunately quite impossible whenever the big minutes and / or hour hand is just above the right small dial. I would say then it is really a bit screwed. One could then as a last resort only the current time zone and the second world time zone swap to see on the big clock face the foreign time zone - but although there is a function to swap the areas - relatively expensive and if I was still the key combination in a few months know by heart ... I do not know!
The stop function: practical gimmick ... but that did not matter to me. Again, it is damned difficult to read the minutes correctly. After all, it could arrive it but yes, if you stop a time ... :-)
In retrospect, I would say: the Casio watches are having a maximum stop time of 24 minutes because of practical, as they use the big hand for the stop function. Stay on this clock minute and hour hand to the current time are.
Here then applies again: if you want to stop at 14:15 clock a bit random: a lot of fun while reading the elapsed minutes ... which is extremely difficult! Pity!
All these restrictions were me frankly before buying not clear. Maybe it will help someone here!
Because of this confusing Ableseverhältnisse I prefer this otherwise really wonderful clock from a star!
