Initially actually came orderly frustrations associated with using this TV set there. Even after several updates, unfortunately, improved only slightly.
Again and again lost the TV the picture settings, the camera did not go out when switching on, no picture after switching, independent restart after standby, etc. etc .. You just have to read the bad reviews here even more examples.
But then I had a new update "right" by:
* Before the update completely to delivery status (not just factory settings) to reset.
* Update (via USB).
* After the update the device can run absolutely still 3-5 minutes at rest, because in the background obviously continue to take place update processes.
* Turn unit in standby.
* Again, wait at least two minutes until the device is actually in standby (this does not happen immediately after the Standby button is pressed and the standby LED lights!).
* Pull power plug for one minute and plug it back in.
Since this procedure my copy runs since several days without noticeable problems. Previously took almost no day without pulling the power plug.
Since a product should but certainly come with a mature firmware on the market in this price range, I have (only) deducted from my overall a star. More deduction has the 55PUS9109 namely not deserve in my opinion, because it is quite worth the price - if it would only work correctly because of the purchase of ;-)
