SDHC cards are formatted in FAT32. FAT32 managed but only up to 32GB. Therefore, the SDHC also "only" 32GB.
SDXC cards are usually formatted in exFAT. exFAT allows you to manage more than 32GB. However, many smart phones can only read FAT32 (including my Huawei Y530).
Who wants to use an SD card with more than 32B, so a SDXC card (eg the card), must have a corresponding smartphone can read the exFAT.
OR: SDXC card in FAT32 format. Windows 7 can these cards but only format in exFAT. Therefore, an additional program to be used as "Fat32Formatter".
I've formatted the Toshiba 64GB SDXC card with this tool and use the card in my Huawei Y530 mainly for photos, music and navigation information.
