Total bad planning, only 10 minutes in continuous use!

We brought the machine, because we found the design very beautiful and have been convinced of the features and performance.
Unfortunately we had read on the first night in the manual but then, that the machine must be operated only 10 minutes at a stretch. This we found very strange. So just phoned the hotline of Russell Hobbs and since it has unfortunately confirmed this to me. Because the machine has no air vents, must they not more than 10 minutes have in use, because they will overheat.
Well, too bad, but then the machine is now back to Amazon :(
