I've already used a lot of pans - iron, enameled cast iron, stainless steel, Teflon - and therefore also have relevant experience with various oils and frying methods. The WMF pan is my first ceramic pan and it will also be my last. From non-stick properties can actually be no question (even if one adheres to the instructions of the manufacturer). As you might as well take an uncoated stainless steel pan. I advise absolutely from the purchase.
Addendum: WMF shows the way, not very accommodating. The store has the pan indeed withdrawn and (for review!) Posted a quick and customer-friendly regulation looks different.
