Very easy to use, I was surprised by the lack of noise emitted and the ability to "swallow" the branches with twigs and leaves. (I spent the 'green' with branches up to 4cm). Everything that went into the hole in the hopper was processed without encountering jam. The drain pan is practical. The construction appears solid, the machine is stable and is not unbalanced by the cut. One downside and that is why I do not put 5 stars if the machine is transported quite easily, the wheels may be larger for easy rolling. Delivery without pb.
