I suffer terribly cervical, permanently. I would change pad every 3 months, taking all existing types and shapes in the market, but in vain. No relief. So I ended up investing in my first Tempur despite the strong deterrent prices. Well for now, I do not regret my purchase. The shape is great for me all the time sleeping on the side. There as a hole to put the shoulder, and it's so simple. I do not contort myself to find a position that suits me, I put my shoulder into the hole and it's good, my head is properly seated on the cushion. I no longer need to tap my cushion in the middle of the night, or return it in night classes. I do not perspire more than the other cushions, perhaps even less. I'm just dubious about the cushion life, and the price is really exorbitant, so I put only 4 stars. If this cushion remains suitable to me after a year of use, then I could put 5 stars.
