Trio of vegetables killers

After ownership of the table knife, I have become a fan of the knife from Victorinox. So I also gained the paring knife set and did not regret the purchase. Here is my "mustard" to the article.

Information about the product:

- 1 vegetable knife with a straight edge and a blade length of about 8 cm
- 1 vegetable knife with serrated edge and a blade length of about 8 cm
- 1 tomato knife with serrated edge and a blade length of about 10.5 cm; looks to me very suspiciously like the table knife from ;-)
- All knife with a plastic handle that not exhales
- Length of the vegetable knife ca 9,5 cm, tomato knife ca 10,5 cm

Positive:

- 3x really sharp
- Handles are slightly roughened, are also with wet hands securely in your hand

Negatives:

- The handles are quite narrow, so possibly not for a big hand
- The edge retention of the knife with straight blade is not so high

So I now had the knife for weeks intensive in use and have my old "vegetable Files" now discarded. I expect a long durability of these knives and'm going when the time has come again down what this brand. From me 4 stars because the edge retention of a knife is not quite as high. I wish future owners a lot of fun with this set.
