To carry this tripod is very convenient. However, it has two weaknesses. One is that you have to pay very close attention that the camera is level. On my last vacation I have at home noticed that this was not always the case.
The second is far worse. You can not swing the head. Therefore you can not record on-edge images.
At this price, I can still absolutely recommend the tripod. A pocket or purse is always found.
