I bought the case on 29 June 2010. After a few weeks, the spring was broken in a castle, but it could be closed even if you locked the bolt by hand. Today (on 02.09.2010), the castle was, however, no longer open. To get to the lying in suitcase computer, I had to leave it.
Conclusion: This case is useless.
