I had already bought the cheese chanterelle at Amazon, and home visiting friends were thrilled with the result. I have them in order 3 copies !! Personally I like to use it with sheep cheese. I find it even better than the monk's head !! Every time you leave the unit, everyone feasts, young and old alike! You just have the right cheese on hand. For delivery, no complaints!
