A good point for the meridians "drawn" on a body (with points and their use in Chinese) and on the same page, the version "skeleton", so the meridian drawn on the body and internal organs ( black and white, not gore ...).
Then you have to practice course, this book is a good support to have a first approach.
I recommend it even to students in shiatsu or massage, to visualize the body and meridians (at affordable prices).
