The author lists twenty emotional skills helpful to career success. Then he demonstrates in almost all the rest of the book in which they help to succeed at work. It is based on studies and anecdotes. The demo is not very extensive but having read volume 1, I was already convinced. So this reading is not brought me much.
Then there was a small party alleging explain how to develop and improve emotional skills. I expected a lot from this passage. All that I have found is a consulting list to choose training in emotional intelligence. So any tips to develop by itself.
In short, a book that disappointed me and in which I learned significantly less than in Volume 1.
