While the cheap Blu Ray player runs almost silently, you can hardly enjoy music through the PD30. The drive is at low volume to a seat pitch of 2.5 - actually listening to 3 meters ever. Really bad when it is still a but, I can not better formulate-abrasive, hissing sound worse, as if the CD will be permanently loaded. It also does not matter whether it is an old, scratched CD or a fresh originating from the envelope New.
My conclusion: Stay away!
