WINDOWS ACCOUNT / WORLD
After switching it logs on with his Windows account and everything is synced up. (I also use a PC with Windows 8.1, a 10-inch tablet and have as WinPhone the Lumia 830 [absolute top unit!]). Appointments, contacts, photos, notes, emails and accounts, everything is there right away. I'm really an avid user of the Windows world and the OneDrive cloud.
DISPLAY
The IPS display makes me a very good impression, very nice color display good white balance and good brightness.
SPEED
The Atom 4 Kerner with max. 1.8 GHz is never a sweat in normal applications like email, office and internet. He usually clocked between 500 Mhz and 1.3 Ghz.
The main memory is a little tight. But if you all of the updates to the Windows Update function has recorded, it is quite enough. Microsoft has improved with an update storage management again. Usually about 600 to 700 MB are occupied with me. It should be clear a course that can be opened with this device not 3 Office programs, the system controller and the IE and best yet 12 apps simultaneously. So if you are a program closes after use is no problem at all. Nothing jerky or stutters. Do not get me wrong, you can certainly use Word and IE simultaneously, if necessary See also a PDF, just not exaggerate.
MEMORY
The 32 GB are also perfectly adequate. After you install Office and all updates still remained close to 5 GB left.
TIP: In the folder C: \ Windows \ SoftwareDistribution \ Download, Windows stores the update installation files, which can be as long as you do not want to uninstall an update delete easily. So if the system is running stable: Clear.
For me as an additional 2.5 GB were free, so I'm good to 7 GB of free storage.
(Also the Disk Cleanup can help to free disk space.)
If you need more memory, a memory card should increase. Dell has on the drive nor a hidden partition with the recovery image. If necessary, you can delete this => 8.5GB of additional memory on C :, this I can but recommend only PC professionals.
CONCLUSION
The device is really fun, hard to believe that there is something for 89EUR. Buy !!!
