Bought together with "Poppstar mounting kit for internal SSD / HDD incl. Mounting frame for 6.4 cm (2.5 inch)". The kit fits 2 Samsung SSD's
The Samsung Data Transfer Software only works with a Sata to USB adapter cable. I forgot to order a search cable. So I used MiniTool Partition Wizard (latest version) to clone the old hard disk (5 Operating Systems> 1 hour). After cloning, I shut down the desktop, unplugged the old hard disk, the computer Restarted while pushing Escape to get into the BIOS, asked to boot from the Samsung SSD, and then the miracle happened ... I do not even use the recommended AHCI but the RAID. I timed the Windows 8 start-up (boot) from pushing the on / off button until usable desktop screen: 20-25 seconds. After upgrading to Windows 8 64bits and upgrading the RAM to 4GB, this upgrade has been at least as spectacular. I recommend this drive, even for people like me, with SATA 2 (old computer) and its limited speed dead 3GB.
