I think, for my part, that the first three chapters are successful because they tell the story of a young woman whose pleasure is the first quest. Everything is spontaneous, deeply natural, sometimes even poetic, written in an elegant, precise and imaginative.
However, I do not like the sequence in which the narcissism Emmanuelle takes over and pompous speech pederast Mario spread pretentiously.
The novel is still worth to be read, even if it is not fascinated me from beginning to end.
