Unfortunately, brought me nothing ...

The unit came in a small box on packaged well. After briefly unpack gone through the small but adequate operating instructions.
Before I now verfrachte the whole the car is first tested whether the device is working at all ... So hung on a power supply. 12V set. Good! - Device seems to work and will beep at regular intervals. The 12Khz could get there ... at least I can still hear the device well.

Unfortunately, the supplied eyelets do not fit to the cable cross-section ... they have simply summarily soldered to the cable. Terminal 15 I left and clamped the device to permanent plus of the battery. Installation is really not difficult.
With the cable ties tighten, and voilà :)

You either "my" Marder deaf, or he was just confused only about a week .... In the engine compartment, he was after the device installation is not first ... but he then discharged all his anger on my antenna, which now beautiful bends.

After seeing pawprints often around the antenna and on the windshield was almost clear ... in the engine room, he was also Blazed again. A few hairs I have in any case can be found.

I recommend the device therefore only partly! - For me, it unfortunately does not really bring anything ... he is not directly quenched. For me, it comes, however, like when the car is still warm. Takes less than 10 minutes!

My neighbors are also plagued, also eaten antenna and coolant hose. Everything you have heard about mothballs, WC block, grid under car ... forget it ... brought everything is nothing.
100% protection is the device, at least for me, unfortunately not :(
