Unfortunately dimmed Flickers

In full Leuchtshtärke the bulb is completely afloat, but is rather disappointing brightness. It is considered subjectively brighter than the 806 Lumen Philips lamp which they replaced (Philips LED lamp replaces 60 Watt E27 2700 Kelvin - warm white, 10 Watt, 806 lumen, dimmable).
In heavily dimmed area it also tends to be vigorous flickering and a pronounced delay. When setting the minimum brightness the dimmer I noticed also that the three lamps not identical ignite quickly and try to answer at different dimming only.
