.... With me the same thing happened. The package arrived today. Unfortunately, you could not see what was inside a shambles from the outside. As soon as I got the frame from the box drawn, already came a big bag of broken glass to light. I must also say that on the box no label is attached to glass. Thus, it was probably handled by parcel service, like all packages. The glass plate itself, in my opinion, is totally inadequate protection. Only thin cardboard and almost even thinner wrap. Too bad. I have just initiated the return to Amazon; I had seen the earlier contact with the manufacturer, I probably would have taken it to complete. So it is now a different path.
