I have the monitor for about 3 months and was initially very pleased. Great picture, good color representation, etc.
The halos of which here a lot is talk, indeed exist, but playing in the daily work really does not matter.
Negatives:
1. After about a month I noticed that the windows of the surface "branding" as it is known from old plasma screens. This is partly so blatant that I can not even read writings of already closed files.
2. As of today, I have a flicker of the image, making it impossible for me to work. At first I thought the cable was broken, but this is not the case. (By the way had a colleague of mine the same problem about 4 months after purchase)
Conclusion:
Why then 2 stars? The lucky ones may get a device in which said fibrillation does not occur and does not adopt an afterimage as noticeable. I think overall, the technology is likely to Dell not been tested extensively enough, otherwise the same problem would not occur in quick succession two different devices. After initial enthusiasm, I am extremely disappointed.
