Unfortunately, too little power

The charging set was delivered quickly.
Unfortunately, the appliance invites my Galaxy S3 hardly because it probably does not have the specified performance.
I do not know if it's an isolated incident, but loading takes forever. If the cell phone while charging is in use, so it loads really at all.
The original power supply has a capacity of 700mAh, but nevertheless invites much faster!
I am very disappointed by the product.
Who has a lot of time and the phone during the charging process not used for this is certainly a cost effective solution.

For the cable:
Top and doing what it should. The two stars there really only for cable.

Too bad.
