Unfortunately, very quiet and boring

After the album containing the first song "In A World Like This" starts very peppy, this momentum, the next track is unfortunately lost total. Everything was very quiet, calm, boring. In BOD albums there is always a large number of ballads (see This is us.), But here it's really persevere: Only from song 9 comes some pep in the matter and the album reminds one of the Backstreet Boys at the time. The front is barely declared here as pop music or BSB sound for me. In pop music you want to sing along, but rockers and so, here a tear unfortunately with nothing and everything seems interchangeable. The first half is rather intended as background music for reading or so. My taste is not met, and in my opinion this is not the typical BOD sound (as so many other reviewers say here).

Although the Amazon preview feature to check this already fear everything, I have a BSB fan me of course still buy the 8th album and sorted in my CD rack. I do not regret buying, but I would say the album is only for true fans. With the current greats such as Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Co., the boys can not take it. But I guess it was not you out also, otherwise one would have the album more pop yes / designed upbeat. So no serious attack on the singles charts. Unfortunately. I would have liked again indulged in a couple of Top 10 hits.

Anyway nice that they are on the road again 5th and possibly the next album is indeed a bit better :)

From me only 3 stars because it is clearly weaker than "This is us" in my eyes (and at that time receive 4 stars).
