Many universal phone holder to keep the phone firmly to the side. This is the Vivaz Pro is a problem, because with this phone, there are several buttons on the side that would inadvertently pressed by the side-faceted retaining clips. Most popular Universal holders are therefore not suitable.
After a long search, I discovered the "Generic Car Upgrade Package" of HTC, which holds the phone with clamps from top and bottom. The sides remain free completely. That was exactly what I needed. So I ordered this phone holder with a MarketPlace dealer. Happily side aspect: the holder does not even cost half of what manufacturers HTC demands in its online store!
The delivery was fast. After the holder had arrived with me, I was pleased that I had made the right choice. My cell phone fits perfectly into the holder and is also retained properly from the coated with non-slip rubber brackets, without being scratched or otherwise damaged. The mobile phone is easy to use playing in the holder and take out again. Even otherwise, the processing blameless. The holder is very stable and it wobbles nothing. He also holds bombproof on the windscreen of my car.
Positive note, and given the low price amazing is the fact that the phone came with a USB charger for the cigarette lighter, including spiral charging cable with mini-USB connector. These seem to have overlooked some purchaser because lt. Amazon recommendations was the product frequently ordered along with a separate charger. But this is unnecessary if you need no additional charger. The charger and the cable fitted to my SE Vivaz Pro, I'm assuming that they will also work with other phones that have a corresponding USB port. However, the cable is not a data cable, ie it can be used exclusively for the power supply of the mobile phone or to charge the battery. Data transfers between PC and mobile phone are not possible.
Perhaps for some prospective nor the info important that in the article title, an error has crept in. There are 2.8 "as the max. Display size, which is definitely not (it could even be that the holder for the smallest mobile phones is too large). The holder is rather for larger phones with displays up to 3.8" thought. Thanks to a spring mechanism allows mobile phones with a height of between about 9 and 12 cm into the holder. Even an iPhone with 3.5 "display fits in. The retaining clips can be adjusted so that the docking connector on the iPhone remains free, only the two speakers either side of the docking port are somewhat obscured. But I still have not checked how this affects in practice. I suppose that despite the speaker partially concealed the announcements of a navigation app are easy to understand.
