I own this book for 20 years, so I have an old edition (without cd) which dates from 1988. At the time, we did not find this book in bookstore, but today everything is easier with internet including Amazon.
I confirm the interest of this book and its effectiveness. This is THE BOOK grammar to buy if you want to progress at best. And work with the cd should probably be even more motivating.
So very good investment. Get this reference, you will not regret it. And then: good work!
