Unobtrusive well exceeds my expectations.

I use the lamp in the substructure above my desk, about 1m away from the countertop. Do not hide and are already at low levels sufficient light when I'm working primarily on the computer. The overall brightness is well regulated by the built-in dimmer. The statement warm white can be compared, in my opinion with an energy saving lamp. The strongest light output for me is for crafting, reading or writing just great. That was something I had been looking for, especially because most of desk lamps to deliver me the light selectively and often hide it. On the Dimmer I do not want to do without.
