I have had the same experiences as JOLO. This tool is made entirely of plastic and in my opinion to change, for example, a tight fit of the GU10 lamp too unstable since one can hardly produce a torque so. Moreover, now many LED lamps of this type have no smooth glass surface more on the light output side and therefore holds no or only briefly the suction cup. I have also sent the part why after a few short experiments back.
