The magnet for fixing the viewfinder on its metal base interferes with a magnetic sensor inside the camera and causes a reversal of the image. This sensor is to detect the tilt of frame 180 degrees so it allows framing self-portraits. Consequently the image is automatically reversed when the viewfinder is applied to the screen and makes it impossible to use (at least to hold the unit upside down, the lower trigger) on a useless accessory NEX 3, returned to the seller with reimbursement.
