We bought 2 years and 3 months ago a Wärmepunpemtrockner von Blomberg (TKF 7449). He has a square door, is arguably the predecessor model. Had however already quite well in the autumn of 2010 during a test and was affordable compared to all other heat pump dryers. Now we had found 3 days before expiry of the guarantee in early December that the laundry is not dry, apparently, the whole drum is not turning. The customer came Profectis company. (After 2 weeks, but the whole thing ran relatively smoothly.) The technician has disassembled the entire dryer and what pretty swearing. A little belt which drives a larger, was torn. The technician said it was just a wearing part, - and to the new V-belt there would be no more energy. Incidentally, other wearing parts could soon be off. We had luck that we just had so guarantee, otherwise the repair would have cost us certainly at least 150 euros. (He was also almost 3 hours here! Lay everywhere screws and parts ... Who knows if he really could reinstall all ?!) But our dryer was average only 3 times a week in use, it would thus actually may not even be! Yes, and now - 3 Months later - the drum does not rotate back, the dryer is no longer dries the laundry. May be due to this or another belt again, maybe it's the engine ?! Who knows it? Definitely this device is designed so that it will hold less than 10 years! That's no secret that something is already planned and installed by the manufacturer, but we consumers are the opposite helpless. Today I am very angry! We still do not know what we will do. Another repair, - but if it then after 2-3 months is over again ?! That would be bad! Annoying, annoying! So I advise against this unit, although it everything else was okay when it went for!
