My impression so far
positively
- Noticeably faster than Windows 7 in all areas. Win 7 was however fast enough.
- Old desktop conditionally usable
I really wanted to write something more positive, but it occurs to me nothing more.
negative
- The user is eingezwungen in the new system, whether he likes it or not. Win 8 prescribes the user has a disadvantage
- It lacks a number of settings and freedoms to make the user interface (see previous point)
- In tile menu function some normal, old Tastenbefehel partially (Esc, Return)
- This saublöde start screen that you Always have to click away before you can enter your password
- System unique to the touchpad designed. Ansich a good thing, but when PC users in the long run terribly annoying and restrictive
- Apps are partly simply not really thought through, conditional impractical and degenerate partially an end in itself.
- I have an iPhone, in this I use "Apps". That's a good thing. And I have a PC and on this I want to get forced upon any imbecile Apps, complicate my work
The latter list liese perform significantly further, but first and foremost I wanted to write in this way just a little frustration of the soul, because Win 8 significantly reduces me to enjoy my new notebook.
Finally remains to say that Microsoft is trying to win 8 in a brazen, ignorant and ultimately some stupid way to establish its market share in terms of the zukünfitge development of the IT market and expand. Tags: smartphones, social network, etc.
If one were to make the user easily before choosing which interface they wish to use (used or unused) and optimize a few things that would gasnze an ingenious thing.
Too Bad.
